Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of pet food and hygiene regulations, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or spoiled.
• You received the wrong product in your order.
• The product packaging was tampered with during delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
• Opened or partially consumed products
• Change of mind after delivery
• Products stored improperly after delivery
• Products returned after the allowed return period
Proof Required for Return
To process a return or refund request, customers must provide:

• Clear photos of the product received
• Photos of damaged packaging (if applicable)
