At Delsi’s Chews, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase of our natural, preservative-free pet treats. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, this Return & Refund Policy explains how to request a return, exchange, or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all return requests.

Note: Perishable items such as opened bags of treats are generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund:

  1. Email us at delsichews@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Product name(s)

    • Reason for return

    • A photo of the received product (if applicable)

  2. We will review your request and respond within 48 business hours.

4. Approved Returns

If your return is approved:

  • You will be provided instructions to ship the item back (at your cost, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error).

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of approval.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Important: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange for a different product of equal value:

  • Please specify the desired item in your return request email.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used items

  • Perishable goods not in original sealed packaging

  • Gift vouchers or promotional items

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

9. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Delsi’s Chews.
